I have taken them myself.  I am 36 years old with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.  I really liked them, however I still took my medication for ADHD.  Concerta and Ritilian.  Now I get B12 shots at my Dr every couple of weeks.

I’ve not seen that paticular suppliment. I’ve taken others like fish oil & othe omega’s & noticed some results. I heard to drink whole milk w/fish oil that had afyertaste to help mask it & it did help. I use enegu shots (high amount of B12 w/taurine & when I do that I will break my ADD med (adderall) in 1/2 & I can stretch my Rx out to last longer w/less side effects fromm the adderall (muscle cramps & jttery feeling) but that’s kind tricky & can get expensive as those little shots can add up after a while. With no medical insurance I’m always trying to find ways to do as much as I can myself, but I do ask my doctors opinion to make sure I don’t create other problems etc.
I’ve also heard of a supliment called focus-factor, heard good things, but never tried it. I’d love to know if/what anyone has to say about that as well. I’ve also read that L-lysine is in Vyvanse, but not adderall & is supposed to assist w/absorbtion. I thought about picking up a bottle of that as well to see if it helps. I’d welcome any thoughts on that as well.

But through this site I’ve found a wealth of info & shared what I’ve learned along the way. It’s ben a Godsend for a lot of us, I’m sure!
