Artificial colors, do they bother you?
I did an experiment this fall to see if leaving artificial colors out of my diet would improve my skin. I found when I cut out artificial colors , I felt more alert and with it, also my skin cleared up. Over the holidays, I slipped on the healthy diet, and boy did I pay. My skin really broke out, it took about 3 weeks for it to clear up. I also noticed I felt logy and foggy… But once the artificial colors were out of my system, I felt better, does anyone else have issues with artificial colors???
