Anxiety and ADHD

Employer Discrimination
Keywords:

Lost my job of over 20 years, due to failing a simple test.  After appeals, grievance’s and almost two years, was successful in my appeal to the Board of Review (Merit Service Protection Board) MSPB.
My previous employer, the USPS, was ordered to bring me back to a position within my abilities and this included full benefits, backpay.
My problem is, in order to have the employer comply, another appeal had to be filed and the award (appeal) was given to the same Administrative (AJ) Judge who had denied the first appeal.
Since filing, my ADHD depression/anxiety, is affecting my ability to file all the documents needed.
Make things worse, its, again the same AJ who denied it.  Legal?  Sorry, being unemployed so late in life and with my other disabilities from military service, legal counsel is out of the question (has anyone else been cut out of society because they can’t afford a fair day in proceedings?)
How would you folks proceed, any suggestions?

I’d suggest getting free legal advice and filing a notice to get a different judge, however you could legally do that.
