I can’t focus.

Even getting thru the sign-up process to get to a group requires someone with out AADD.

Have you had a basic health check? And would you call this more trouble focussing or brain fog? Focus issues for me are more about distraction or mind wandering but brain fog is a general difficulty in thinking. As if I can’t get my internal dialogue going or that my thoughts are going in slow motion. Feels like lack of sleep in a way or the brain dead feeling of a cold.

For me, food and chemical sensitivities can give me brain fog quickly. Simply walking through the cleaning products section of a store with the stinky perfumes or the tire section can make me space out with brain fog in 10 minutes. Hormone issues from hypothyroid, low cortisol or menopause also gave me brain fog. Low blood pressure does it also.

You may have more going on than ADD alone.

Binaural beats for 10 min. Then try again.
