ADHD in Women
Help, the natural way
I’m new to ADDConnect and I’m so thrilled to have found a support group for women with ADHD. I’ve been on a hunt for help and want to try to deal with the symptoms without meds. I’m currently on 30 mg of Vyvanse and it’s not working too well for me. I tried going up to 40 mg but it increased my anxiety too much so the doc decreased it. Now, I have all the side-effects of the drug but none of its benefits. Sigh.. I’m also on the anti-depressant Cymbalta (60 mg) and I take a variety of vitamins and supplements. Any suggestions?
