My son has started playing on a hockey team this winter and adores it.  He is high energy at practice (In the evening a his medication starting to wear off) but we are not sure how to handle the 6:30a games. (He’s taking at T 5:45a instead of his normal 7:30a) We wake him up out of a dead sleep and give him his medication, but he’s very low energy on the ice.  His ADHD is severe so we don’t want to send him out unmedicated. But we are playing around with sending him out on a lower dose given the time of day. He takes quillivant so we have a lot of flexibility to customize the dose.  Does anyone have any recommendations?
