It is quite reasonable for you to explore these issues, especially since you are now looking at everything in your life from new lenses. It is actually vital for you to be hungry for understanding. Most of the things you could blame yourself for are not your fault. With the new energy comes a new life.

If you’re feeling manic, you probably should be put on medication to control your moods. You can live without meds for adhd but not bipolar, it’s too risky.

thank you John and Pink ! John I appreciated a lot your calm, open way to encourage me!
Pink thats true ,my problem is bipolar, I agree its risky sometimes..without meds ,but we ve lived both so many years! I dont know definitely whats her type.maybe is NOS. it seem s like been type 2 ,but maybe also rapid cycling or cyclothemia,I have to find some expert more.
but i dont sleep yet(3th day),I need to do it and relaxe but I cant stop,is it normal after diagnosis or maniac?I feel good ,calm but at same moment with extraordinary impulsivity and struggle. Is it ADHD ?

.???? Hyperfocusing on a subject is an ADHD thing, but 3days without sleep is a lot, so maybe mania????

I really have no idea, but I think mood swings with ADHD may be related to external factors because of hypersensitivity/ strong emotions, while in bipolar the mood swings are more internal, not related to what has happened the previous days.??????

You could start keeping a journal of how you feel, when and what you eat, how your sleep goes, how your stress is, how much you exercise. You might be able to understand your ups and downs better as time goes on.

I would talk to your doctor and see if there is anything they could give you for sleep. I would also keep a journal on how you feel from day to day.
