Liver interaction with meds

So I just thought of this.
Last year I had a type of Hepathitis, a weird type, won’t go into much detail. It was a mild Hepathitis, but a really weird one, didn’t quite fit with any of the main types.

Anyway, I was wondering… I’m taking Concerta 54mg and Wellbutrin 300mg (I think). Do those, or any other meds for ADHD interact considerably with the liver?
I’ve been taking them for about 3-4 months, but I’m considering upping the Concerta dossage or change it altogether.

Any thoughts/info? so far I haven’t noticed any potential “damge” to my liver.


If you have already had a problem with Hepatitis, regardless of the type, then you need to ask the doctor who prescribed them and the pharmacist who filled the order.  I am surprised that with your history, that you personal physician did not tell you to advise other doctors that you were at risk for a possible liver problem with medications.
