Parents of ADHD Children

Looking for a community in San Francisco

Currently the CHADD parents group does not have a coordinator. It disbanded last spring. I am looking for a community in my city to join & get support. Any suggestions?

There is a wonderful group in San Francisco called Parents Education Network. Not only for ADHD but other learning differences. The website is: They have regular speakers come and talk to the community. Also, there is a large conference called EdRev (Education Revolution) that will be May 3rd at AT&T Park. I have gone for three years (I’m in Sacramento) and it is really fun and interesting and kids can come. There is also a teen group ages 13-19 called SAFE (Student Advocates for Education). In fact they meet this coming Saturday to work on a banner for the conference.  Check out the website to get connected.
