I am lucky. I tell him his voice has changed or attitude or mouthy. And, he has been aware or becomes aware and really tries hard to calm down. We are 2 years, next week that he has been 100% natural. Medications and health. It is easier and easier for him. An adult with severe ADHD. He has given up all the addictions and is real positive about this. Code word for us has been…just talk about it, not really any code word.
