ADHD in Maryland

New to this group-Baltimore County

I just found this group and was wondering if there is any groups based out of baltimore county for ADD.  My son is 12 and really struggling with homework, classwork, etc, but ok with tests.

Welcome! You can contact CHADDIS- I have not been to a meeting myself, as they do not appear to be very active on my side of Balt. Co. Let us know if you have any luck!

My son is 12 and in 6th grade. He often forgets to turn in his homework, doesn’t write down his homework in his daily agenda and is done his homework in 5-10 minutes.  I struggle every day with him and homework. I live in Baltimore Co., in Parkville, near Towson.

Hello all,
I’m new to the site. My son is 11 y/o and makes friends easily but has difficulty keeping them. We are looking for a ADHD support group. Did you find anything in the Baltimore area?

I’m also new to this site.  I’m look for a support group for my 15 year old son who has ADD. My son has a hard time making friends.  I look for kids his age that he can build a friendship with.

Hello, all.  I am new to the site and looking for some mom support, ideas on behavioral therapy, and maybe a playdate sometime.  I have an almost 8 year old 2nd grader with Inattentive ADHD.  He makes friends easily, but his hypersensitivity is starting to make him standout from the others.
