Anyone in Raleigh/Durham area?

I am in Raleigh and having trouble find resources, groups, etc. that are not child focused.

I have not attended any meetings, but have found MANY resources over the past month that have really helped me!

I would like to know if there are any groups (for adults) that meet in the Raleigh area too.

I’m new to Raleigh and looking for a good Adult-ADD doc to continue my prescription.  Any recommendations?  Tarapenke, can you share those resources with us?

Sorry it has taken so, so long!!! I haven’t gone to a meet up group, although I get the email invites.  I honestly have been doing a lot of reading anywhere I can!  This web site, Pinterest, I bought the Daniel amen book healing add-the 7 types. That helped me a ton with finding the right meds and supplements.  I’ve also accepted a lot of it.

I have 2 dogs that I walk a lot, as well as a planner. I also get bored just running, so I take exercise classes.

I try and put as much structure and routine in my life as I can!!

Please feel free to ask anymore questions!!!
