Resource Books

Hello,

I’m fairly new here. I was just diagnosed the end of June with adult ADHD. Currently I am in the process of trying to find out as much as I can about it so I can hopefully get on a better and more productive path. I would like the names of some helpful resource books about ADHD that anyone has read and found helpful. Thanks!!

Hi Becca!

“Driven to Distraction” and “Delivered from Distraction” are two of the most popular books on ADHD. There are several book reviews over on ADDitudeMag.com for more books about Adult ADHD as well. Here are a few:

As well, blogs are a great way to learn from others who have similar experiences. Here’s a list of top blogs on ADHD: http://www.additudemag.com/adhd/article/4842.html.

Good luck!
