This is a book recommendation for those who feel that they cannot turn their minds off at night to go to sleep soundly. I have this same pattern and it becomes an ingrained habit over time.
The author takes a long time in explaining all we need to know about sleep and how it is disturbed by learned behaviors and just bad habits.
If you like to read and want to really understand sleep deeply (no pun intended) I really urge you to buy this book and the time you spend reading it will be well worth your while!
