To do lists!

Hi, I’m new to the group and I’m wondering how others keep up with to do lists. What do you use? I feel like I’m forgetting to bring mine on paper and pencil, but it’s more effective. I cannot seem to find a free app on my phone! I’ve downloaded a lot of them Nd not happy with them!

What do you use and how do you make it successful for you? Thanks everyone!!

I don’t have ADHD myself, so I can’t give personal advice, but ADDitudeMag.com has several articles with suggestions for this, as well as strategies for keeping up with your list.
