Dexedrine Reviews

Typical daily dosage?

I am newly diagnosed ADHD and have been prescribed 15mg Dexadrine that I take at 3am when I get up for work, then 15mg at 10am. I also take a mood stabilizer at night, which makes me very tired.  15mg doesn’t quite do it for me in the morning, but works great for the 2nd half of the day, so I think I made need a higher dose in the morning.  What does everyone else take?

I take Vyvance which is a longer acting Dexedrine that must be metabolized first so it takes longer in the morning to get me up to speed. But it is very smooth with no crash and lasts all day even into the evening. When you say 15 mg doesn’t quite do it for me in the morning, what effect are you looking for? Do you have a particular task that you have to do that would be the benefited by a higher dosage?
