Planning to attend! Question: Can ADHD come later in life? I’ve always been organized and my executive functioning skills have been excellent. But I’m seeing some changes in myself that are making me wonder (forgetfulness, easily distracted, lack of motivation and follow-through.) I’m wondering if ADHD can be developed later in life. I also wondered about peri-menopause, but I’m only 42 and just had my hormones checked… everything was within normal range. Because my son and husband have the diagnosis, perhaps everything looks like ADHD to me right now? (Like when you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail?)
I don’t know, but I could use some guidance…
Looking forward to it.
Lorraine
