fidget gadgets for concentration & focus

Does anyone have any ideas for fidgets for a 12-year old boy.  I need somrthing sophisticated looking but not unreasonably expensive as the teachers tend to take them away.  I thought of something to hang from a chain around his neck.  Has anyone found something that is teacher friendly.  I will talk to the teachers as well

I just went through this with my 10 year old son. His school was open to any ideas. So I googled some ideas. These were a few I found.
Place Velcro under desk for him to rub
Squeeze ball
Notebook for him to draw in after he has completed all assignments.
Ankle weights to keep his feet still
So far these have made a difference. Hope they help.

Take a look at this site. http://asperkids.com/fidgets/
She used to sell a cool ripcord nylon braided bracelet, but I don’t see it anymore. Maybe there is something right for our son.
