Parents of ADHD Teens and Young Adults

Hello Parents, what good ways do you have to keep your young adult child motivated to be organized?

This is a deep, fundamental question. It is very difficult to get inside someone’s head and heart and turn on the motivation switch.

I’ve had most luck with this leading by example but one needs oodles of patience. It can take decades.
