The Day After Laundry Day...
ADHD and Disorganized

...clothes, to be folded or placed on hangers end up in piles. Those piles linger for a week or two until I get tired of digging for that one blue colored shirt that I like, or my work pants. I actually slept in the clothes a few nights, because I had been too worn out from doing a million other things to put them away.
So…I do my best to organize prior to laundry days (twice a week) and make sure I’m not overly multitasking so that I can complete it. It seems to be working out ok, where as I would not wash for weeks maybe even months and I’m wearing an evening gown to the grocery store…no more stockpiling my dirties and appreciating the cleans!

I had the same problem until I started hanging everything
except for socks and undergarments. I hang teeshirts,
nice shirts, jeans, pants, jackets, EVERYTHING!!!
It really made a big difference.
